ABOUT US
I founded Cloudmil in 2019, after years of going to technology conferences and seeing the lack of representation for certain minorities. In my heart, I know this wasn’t something done purposely so I decided to create a company that can educate youth in cloud computing and accelerate there learning curve by giving them access to real-world cloud technology projects and establishing a dedicated path between an organization’s D&I to the community it seeks to recruit.
Why cloud technology? The shift to virtual platforms and services is more than ever practical, as organizations expand to support a mobile workforce. Consumers at all levels have witnessed the growth of subscription-based software and the decline of license-based software. This trend will continue. Gartner predicts that the cloud services market will reach $331.2B in 2022.
Aligning ourselves with the principles of STEM advocacy is an honor at Cloudmil. Studies show that greater diversity leads to more creativity within an organization’s teams and an increase in revenue for the company. Beyond all, encouraging many of those in these minority groups to pursue a career in technology, has the potential to transform their lives and the lives of those around them.
Change Is Constant.
Possibilities Are Infinite.
Creativity Is Limitless.
