The purpose of Cloudmil Student Project Funding (SPF) is to aid students in resources for their independent projects. Up to four times a year, we fund independent projects that are run by a STEM student. The student must be 18 years or older, and currently pursuing a career in a STEM field.

Consent Agreement

By completing this form, you consent to the use of your name and image in any form, as incorporated in the Entry, by Cloudmil, Inc., it's parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, successors, licensees or designees and others acting on its behalf ("Cloudmil") for the purpose of advertising and promotion in any media, throughout the world in perpetuity, including but not limited to, on the world wide web. If you contributed to creating the Entry, in any manner, you hereby irrevocably consent to Cloudmil's use as set forth above.

You agree that Cloudmil shall own all right, title and interest to the Entry (including all content and all rights embodied therein) and that it may exploit, edit, modify, and distribute the Entry, without limitation, and without compensation, further permission or notification to you.

You hereby waive any inspection or approval of use. You also waive and release Cloudmil from any claims based upon invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, false endorsement, or claim of visual or audio alteration or faulty mechanical reproduction.
